05 Questions

Good to know.

Can't see your question? Ask on WhatsApp

Which clubs and competitions do you cover?

Our focus is European football: the Champions League, Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1, plus cup finals and international matches. If it's a major match in Europe, ask us. We also arrange tennis, Formula 1 and live music.

How do you get seats for sold-out matches?

We work with a vetted network of hospitality providers and access partners built up over time. Every allocation is confirmed in writing before you are asked to pay anything.

Why aren't prices shown on the website?

Because no two requests are the same. Price depends on the match, the seats, what's included and how close to kick-off you ask. You get a tailored, written proposal within 24 hours of your enquiry.

How quickly will you reply?

Within 2 hours, Monday to Saturday. For same-day or urgent requests, message us on WhatsApp and we'll prioritise it.

How do I receive my tickets?

By secure digital transfer, e-ticket or physical delivery, depending on the club and match. We confirm the delivery method before you pay, and send a full briefing ahead of the match.

Can you arrange group or corporate bookings?

Yes. Group and corporate hospitality is a large part of what we do, including seats together and one point of contact for the whole party. Mention the group size in your enquiry.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. We regularly arrange matches for clients across Europe, the Middle East and beyond, with digital delivery of access and a full pre-match briefing wherever you are.

What happens if my match is cancelled?

If your match or event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you're entitled to a full refund. Let us know and we handle the process from there.

Are you affiliated with the clubs or venues?

No. IALB Seats is an independent concierge working on the secondary and hospitality markets. We're not affiliated with any club, league, venue, artist or promoter. Prices reflect current demand and may be above face value.
